ENCORE® is smaller, faster, and nimbler than the competition. Our team of environmental experts is under one roof. In Tempe, Arizona.
We do not rely on Zoom calls across multiple time zones. Instead, we collaborate in person, allowing us to efficiently coordinate the many services we provide to our clients throughout the American West.
This streamlined approach enables us to respond quickly, address client needs directly, minimize miscommunication, and navigate environmental regulations and requirements without unnecessary delays. As a result, we deliver high-quality work more efficiently and cost-effectively.
What is ENCORE®’s proudest accomplishment?
We are incredibly proud that the growth of our business has been in tandem with that of our clients. As our clients’ businesses have evolved and grown, we have had the honor and pleasure of assisting them every step of the way.

Lynn Niewiadomski
ENCORE® Founder and President
Lynn Niewiadomski, CEM, is a Certified Environmental Manager who began her consulting career in 1994 and founded ENCORE® Consulting in 2009. Throughout her entire career and legacy of ENCORE®, Lynn has never lost a client. Not one. Not once. Not ever.
Lynn is a subject matter expert (SME) for mergers and acquisitions of companies in the energy sector. She is an independent third party who is qualified to complete due diligence and site investigations on behalf of all parties involved.
The reason for 30 years of 100% client retention?
There are many.
Every single ENCORE® staff member is a subject matter expert. We employ degreed geologists, environmental scientists, and engineers.
President Lynn Niewiadomski is a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for mergers and acquisitions of companies in the energy sector - she is an independent third-party who is qualified to complete due diligence and site investigations on behalf of all involved parties.
ENCORE® personnel serve as expert witnesses to support legal disputes that occur in the energy industry.
ENCORE® is smaller than our multi-state, multi-office competitors. We respond faster, communicate better, and eliminate the red tape.
Our larger competitors have their entire staff billing to a project, but ENCORE® only charges clients based on the specific individuals best suited for the scope of work...like a SWAT Team versus the entire police department.
ENCORE® is a one-stop shop that provides the services our clients need all under one roof.
ENCORE® works with subcontractors who are highly skilled in their trade, including drilling firms, construction contractors, and laboratories.
Our experts have a thorough understanding of the continuously changing environmental regulations.
Our client relationships are solid, long-term, and founded on years of proven results and mutual trust.
ENCORE® values personal relationships over complex, wordy contracts.
ENCORE® strives for perfection and invariably achieves excellence.
We are not perfect. If we make a mistake, which is rare, we own it and correct it immediately.
As individuals and as a company, ENCORE® is honest to a fault...and our clients know it.
