EPCRA

REPORTING

ENCORE®’s clients trust us with every aspect of reporting to stay compliant with EPCRA (Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act). This includes Hazardous Material Inventory Statements, Tier II Reporting, and Toxic Release Inventory Reporting. We work closely with State Emergency Response Commissions (SERCs) and Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs) to stay current on all EPCRA reporting requirements to ensure that our clients always file accurately and on time. Because ENCORE® is intimately familiar with the specific reporting requirements in many states throughout the country and we already design and manage permitting, spill plans, and everything else needed for EPCRA reporting with our clients, the reporting itself is straightforward. This makes compliance simple and affordable and prevents overreporting.

POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN DEVELOPMENT

ENCORE®’s team of scientists and engineers is made up of innovative problem solvers. If a client of ours needs a Pollution Prevention Plan, which typically happens if a facility is required to submit a Toxic Release Inventory, we develop and implement Plans that are tailored to the unique operations of that client. This is yet another way ENCORE®’s status as an insource benefits our clients.
